Everyone in recovery deserves a path to good work.
We connect Illinoisans in recovery, including those returning from incarceration, to jobs, training, and peer-support careers across the state.
Recovery. Employment. Opportunity.

Led by CRCC in partnership with the Chicago Cook Workforce Partnership Board, the Network brings together employers, workforce partners, treatment providers, and community organizations to reduce employment barriers and support recovery-friendly workplaces.
